While I was in college, I suffered from depression.
It was brutal.
I skipped classes.
I didn't exercise.
Even the pleasure I'd once felt from activities like video games, parties, and hanging out with friends felt empty.
It was an absurdly unpleasant experience for me, to say the least.
I remember sometimes crying alone in my apartment for what seemed like no apparent reason. I just felt lost and unhappy with my life...

Eventually, I stumbled across a concept known as "Eudaimonia", which originated from Classic Greek Philosophy.
I felt like I'd discovered gold.
The concepts were so simple...but no one was doing them.
I dove into the concept of Eudaimonia and tried to learn as much as I could in order to put it into practice.
Over time, I successfully implemented the ideas of Eudaimonia and my life changed for the better.
