I rarely envy millionaires.

Most of them aren’t very interesting.

In fact, most of them are mediocre.

Sure, they have money. But they trick people into playing the money game and that’s why they seem to be winning.

However, once you start playing nearly every other game, you see how unremarkable they are.

Play the health game and most millionaires look like shit. Just normal or below-average people (which is actually worse because they have the means to get great trainers, chefs, dietitians, etc).

Play the relationship game and you see the same thing.

Weird fetishes, subpar relationships, and committing to low-quality men or women...

A lack of time to spend with their friends, kids, or spouse.

All that money and no one to truly share it with.

Many millionaires aren’t worth envying because their lives are only appealing under the lens of the finance game. It’s only when you compare your bank account to theirs that you believe they’re on top.

But this is a false comparison.

Look |FNAME|, I’m not saying don’t try to make money. You certainly need it. But I don’t think the goal of a millionaire is worthwhile in itself.

The goal of having a high-quality life should be the game you’re playing.

And the key to pulling this off is structuring your day effectively to tackle your health, money, and relationship “pillars”.
