Every fitness influencer will try to sell you their garbage routines or excessively expensive supplements that promise a lot but underdelivers.

Every gym will boast that its equipment is superior.

Some new studios will offer a "revolutionary" way of picking things up, putting them down, and just moving your body.

My process is super simple and super actionable.
